Your MCC Accounts


As an MCC student, you have several accounts that work together. This page walks through getting set up and what each account is for.

myMartin (Password Portal)

myMartin is your central login. Use it to manage your password and access most other MCC systems. After admission, you'll receive your username and instructions for setting your password.

MCC Email (Microsoft 365)

Every MCC student gets an Microsoft 365 email account. This is the official channel for college communication, and you also get the full Microsoft 365 suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive — at no cost.

What You Get

  • Email: Your @my.martincc.edu address
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint: Web and desktop versions
  • OneDrive: 1 TB of cloud storage for your school files
  • Teams: Online meetings and class collaboration
  • Outlook calendar: Schedule your classes and assignments

Self-Service

Self-Service is where you register for classes, view your grades, check your account balance, and manage personal information.

What You Can Do in Self-Service

  • Register for classes — search the schedule and add classes for upcoming terms
  • View your schedule — see when and where your classes meet
  • Check grades — current term grades and your cumulative GPA
  • Account balance & payments — view what you owe and pay tuition
  • Financial aid status — track your aid awards and disbursements
  • Academic plan — see your degree progress
  • Update personal info — address, phone, emergency contact

First-Time Setup

Already admitted? Your Self-Service account is created automatically. Sign in with your myMartin credentials. If you can't access it, see the Locked Out or Need Help section below.

Moodle

Moodle is your online classroom. Course materials, assignments, discussions, and online learning all happen here.

What You'll Do in Moodle

  • Read your course syllabus and instructor announcements
  • Watch lecture videos and review course materials
  • Submit assignments, quizzes, and exams
  • Participate in discussion boards with classmates
  • Check your grades and instructor feedback
  • Message your instructor with questions
